Reach thousands, without losing your number
Personalised WhatsApp campaigns to people who opted in, with scheduling, recurrence, follow-up flows and reporting that shows what actually happened — not just what was sent.
WhatsApp is the highest-attention channel most businesses have. It is also the one with the least tolerance for abuse: message people who did not ask, and the blocks that follow cost you the channel itself.
Campaigns in WaFi are built around that reality. Target people who opted in, send something worth reading, and measure whether it produced a conversation rather than counting deliveries.
The parts that matter
Personalised per recipient
Variables filled from contact fields, so every message reads as though it was written for them.
Targeted audiences
Send to a list, a set of tags, or a filtered segment — with the recipient count updating as you narrow it.
Scheduled and recurring
Send now, book it for later, or repeat on a schedule with each run reported separately.
Follow-up flows
A reply within your chosen window starts a chatbot flow automatically.
Opt-outs enforced
Unsubscribed contacts are removed from the audience before you send, not after they complain.
Reporting that means something
Delivered, read, failed and replied — plus leads created, which is the number that matters.
Why your audience size should go down, not up
The instinct is to send to everyone. The arithmetic disagrees: a campaign to three hundred people who want it outperforms one to three thousand who do not, and it does not damage the quality rating that governs how much you can send next month.
- Segment before sending — lists and tags, not "all contacts"
- Test on yourself first — every campaign, every time
- Give people an exit — an opt-out line costs less than a block
Reading the report properly
Delivered is not success; it means the phone received it. Read tells you it was seen. Replies and leads tell you it worked. A campaign with a high read rate and no replies had the wrong message, not the wrong list.
- Failures are diagnosable — mostly number format or no WhatsApp account
- Conversions tracked per run — recurring campaigns never inflate each other
- Replies become leads — when you turn that on
Straight answers
How many messages can I send?
Meta sets a messaging limit per number, which rises as your number demonstrates good engagement. Your plan also carries a campaign allowance.
Do I need an approved template?
Yes. A campaign reaches people outside the 24-hour window, and that always requires a template Meta has approved.
Can I import a purchased list?
You should not. Bought lists are not opt-in, and the blocks that follow will damage your number's rating and can get it suspended. Build a list with click-to-chat links, QR codes and forms instead.
Can I cancel a scheduled campaign?
Yes, up until it starts sending.

ExploreCRM & Pipelines
A visual pipeline built for chat-driven businesses — leads created automatically from conversations, forms and campaigns, with the message that started it attached.
ExploreFlow Builder & Chatbots
A visual builder with twenty-six blocks — messages, buttons, conditions, delays, AI answers, CRM actions and calls to your own systems. Drag them together and the conversation runs without anyone watching it.
