Connect the systems you already run on
Property management, automation platforms and your own software — so a booking, an order or a signup can start a WhatsApp conversation without anyone copying data between screens.
The message that matters most is usually triggered by something that happened somewhere else — a booking was made, an order shipped, a form was filled in. If a person has to notice that event and send the message, it will sometimes not happen.
Integrations close that gap. The other system tells WaFi what happened, and the conversation starts on its own.
The parts that matter
Mews
Sync guests and message them on reservation, check-in and check-out events.
Chekin
Send every guest their online check-in link automatically as bookings arrive.
Zapier, Make and n8n
Connect thousands of applications in both directions without writing code.
Inbound webhooks
Any system that can POST can start a WhatsApp conversation.
Outbound webhooks
Push messages, leads and status changes into your own stack as they happen.
REST API
Send messages and manage contacts directly from your own application.
Per-account, and properly separated
A plugin is configured per account with its own credentials, its own automations and its own activity log. Connecting one never affects another account, and nothing is shared between them. API tokens are encrypted before storage, so they are unreadable in the database and in any backup.
- Encrypted credentials — including in backups
- Own activity log — every event, and what was done with it
- One switch to stop — turning a plugin off halts activity but keeps settings
Building your own
If your system is not on the list, two routes cover almost everything: an inbound webhook to tell WaFi that something happened, and the HTTP request node to let a flow ask your system a question mid-conversation. Between them you can drive a booking confirmation or look up a live order status.
- Inbound webhook — one URL per account, to start conversations
- HTTP request node — call your API from inside a flow
- Outbound events — push what happens here into your own systems
Straight answers
Which property management systems are supported?
Mews and Chekin today. Chekin needs a connected PMS for guest phone numbers, so the two are usually run together. Other systems can connect through webhooks or Zapier.
Do I need a developer?
Not for the built-in plugins or Zapier. Webhooks and the API do involve technical setup, though usually a modest amount.
Are my credentials safe?
They are encrypted before being stored, so they are unreadable in the database and in backups. Access is also permission-controlled — managing plugins is a permission you grant deliberately.
Can a flow read from my system mid-conversation?
Yes, with the HTTP request node. That is how a flow answers "where is my order?" with real data.
