For creators

Your DMs are the business. Stop answering them one at a time.

Link requests, "where is this from", rate cards, collab enquiries and launch-day questions — answered in seconds on Instagram, while the people who actually buy move to a WhatsApp list you own.

The problem

What this actually costs you today

The DM tab is where a creator business actually happens: the link requests, the "is this still in stock", the brand that wants your rates, the follower who is one answer away from buying. It is also the one place that does not scale — every reply costs you a minute you were going to spend making something.

So the tab sits on 300 unread. The collab enquiry is somewhere in there, under two hundred story replies. And the audience you built stays on a platform that decides, each morning, how many of them get to see you.

The same question, five hundred times

"Link?" "What shade is that?" "Does it ship to Ireland?" Each one is thirty seconds. Together they are your afternoon.

Brand deals buried in fan mail

A collaboration enquiry arrives between two hundred story replies, and gets read four days later — after the brand briefed someone else.

Launch day arrives all at once

Every question lands in the same twenty minutes, exactly when you are least able to answer, and unanswered questions on drop day are refunds you never had to give.

You rent your audience

Reach is decided for you. Nothing you can message directly, nothing that survives a bad algorithm week or a lost account.

How WaFi handles it

Three ways this runs without you

Real conversations, on the channels your customers already use.

Instagram Flow

One keyword, answered instantly, every time

Say "reply LINK" in your story or caption. Anyone who does gets the link back in seconds, with a follow-up question that turns a tap into a conversation. Flows trigger on an exact word, a phrase, anything containing a word, or any message at all — so LINK, RATES and VIP can each do something different.

Story replies and DMs both arrive in the same inbox and both trigger flows. Instagram has no tappable buttons, so links are sent as text — which works everywhere and never breaks.

Knowledge Base

Your rates, shipping and kit list — answered from your own words

Upload your rate card, collaboration terms, shipping and returns, the kit you use, the discount codes that are live. The assistant answers from those documents only. Asked something they do not cover, it says so and hands the conversation to you, rather than inventing a price you never agreed to.

That last part matters more for creators than anyone: an invented rate or a promised delivery date becomes your problem the moment a brand screenshots it.

Hi! What are your rates for a reel + 3 stories? And do you do usage rights?
A reel plus three stories is £950. Usage rights are quoted separately: organic reposting is included for 30 days, paid usage is +50% for 3 months.
Can you do exclusivity in the category for 6 months?
Handed to a human That is not something I have on file — let me pass this to Ada and she will come back to you today.
WhatsApp Flow

The list nobody can take away from you

Move the people who buy onto WhatsApp, with their consent, through a QR code, a link in bio, or the follow-up your Instagram flow already sends. Then a launch is one approved template to a list that opted in — and it lands somewhere people actually read, rather than somewhere they scroll.

Opt-outs are enforced automatically, and every reply comes back to the same inbox. WhatsApp messages outside the 24-hour window use a pre-approved template, so plan drop announcements as templates.

The creator playbook

Four keywords that do most of the work

Each one is a flow you build once. Put the word in the caption or the story, and the DM answers itself.

LINK

Story reply or DM

Sends the product link and the live discount code, then offers to save them a spot on the restock list.

RATES

DM from a brand

Answers from your rate card, captures the brand and the budget as a lead on your pipeline, and flags it for you rather than burying it.

VIP

Story or link in bio

Takes them to WhatsApp with a proper opt-in, so launch day is a broadcast rather than a scramble.

HELP

After an order

Shipping, returns and sizing answered from your own document — the questions that otherwise turn into refund requests.

Questions

Straight answers

Does it reply to comments on my posts?

No. WaFi works in direct messages — DMs and story replies, both of which arrive in the same inbox and can trigger a flow. Telling people to DM or reply to a story is the pattern to use; automatic comment-to-DM is not something we support today.

Will it sound like a bot to my community?

It sounds like whatever you write — the flows send your words, and the assistant answers from your own documents. The moment you reply yourself, automation stands down for that conversation, so you never talk over your own bot.

Can my manager or agency handle the DMs with me?

Yes. Add them as agents with their own login, assign conversations, and keep brand enquiries separate from everything else. You can see who replied to what.

Is automating my DMs allowed?

This uses Meta's official messaging APIs on a professional account, which is the supported way to do it — not a tool logging into your personal account. Instagram lets you reply freely within 24 hours of someone messaging you; beyond that, messaging is limited. On WhatsApp, anyone you message must have opted in, and messages outside the 24-hour window use a template Meta has approved.

I sell through a shop, not DMs. Is this still worth it?

That is usually the strongest case. The DM is where the objection lives — sizing, shipping, "is this the same one from the video" — and answering it in seconds is what turns the tap into the order. The link goes to your shop exactly as before.

What do I need before I start?

An Instagram professional account connected to a Facebook page, and for the WhatsApp side a business number on the WhatsApp Business Platform. We set both up with you.
